Reframe Stress.......

This quote was shared with me by my friend John Bonacci.  I love the quote and it rings very true, life is always about perspective and how you view your circumstances.  Many individuals could view starting a new real estate company as a stressful situation but its actually pure excitement for me.  I have been applying this concept to other things I used to view as stressful and many times I can reframe it as excitement, and I can promise you excitement is infinitely better than stress.  I hope that you can find something this week that you would otherwise find stressful and replace your view of it as excitement and see if you can improve your outlook and level of happiness.   Have a exciting week!
