This quote builds on one of the themes of my blog and that is the ability to figure things out. I share this quote with passion knowing that when you visualize a big goal you can get to it, if you can see life after accomplishing the goal and its beautiful to you, you will not quit, you may fail along the way but you will not quit. I encourage all of you when setting goals to ensure that you can visualize life after achieving the goal, what it will feel like, how others will react, how it impacts your life, how it fills your soul, when you do this your probability of achieving the goal is exponentially increased. You owe it to yourself to dream and to be the person who makes your dreams come true. Have an amazing week! Scott
Well, I set a goal at the beginning of November to get our first renovation project to settlement and to find a new property to work on...little did I know what would happen next. On Friday the 4th we were successful bidders in a auction for a 2 bdr, 1 bath third floor condo in Cromwell Fountain, on the 7th we sold our beautiful renovation to a great Marine and his wonderful wife and we walked out of settlement with our check and then won another auction for our first townhouse about 10 minutes after the settlement. We are so excited to renovate these two properties and provide quality well appointed rentals in January. We also started working with a great online property manager for our payments which will allow our tenants to pay their rent online easily and allow RPB to handle the entire application process by computer or smartphone. All of this from focus and determination to make goals come true, I set goals every month and while I wish every month worked as well as this month did, I can tell you that by setting goals and being intentional with my behaviors I have a greater probability to achieving those goals than if I never set them. With this close to the end of our first calendar year I cannot wait to see what RPB has to look forward to in 2017. Thanks for reading and I'll be back next week. Have a inspired and intentional Thanksgiving week! Scott
