One year Ago........

One Year Ago.....RPB Properties was born, after 5 months of preparation and learning we jumped in and started.  We had a idea of how we were going to proceed but we started a process that would teach us, as the quote to the right highlights, we really had no idea what we we doing.  We picked up eight books in June and started reading along with talking with individuals who had done what we aspired to accomplish and we became sponges for information.  And here we are a year later, with two rentals with long term tenants, we settle on our first renovation project sale tomorrow and will make a profit and last week signed a contract for our next rental which will be renovated and should be ready to rent in January.  So if I can share some advice, just start....whatever it is start and you will learn wether you jump right in or take time time to read and accumulate information just do it...go after your dreams.  Those dreams are there waiting for you!  Have a inspired week!  Scott
